Tour Chip and Joanna Gaines' Nursery for Baby Crew - countryliving.com
Thanks to his chic mama, newborn Crew Gaines already has some of the most stylish baby gear around and his nursery is no exception.
Joanna Gaines shared a snap of baby Crew sleeping in his cozy nursery at their farmhouse and the small glimpse is enough to give us some serious room envy. The crib, changing table, and rocker make it fit for a baby, but the room's mix of classic style makes it a dreamy bedroom you'll want to copy.
Take a closer look and you'll notice plenty of mid-century modern pieces, like the dresser and changing table, not to mention the sleek Levo Beech Wood Baby Bouncer by Charlie Crane holding baby Crew.
The black metal crib is also a part of the modern mix, which is all balanced out by the fuzzy ivory woven rug, soft blue walls, cozy pom-pom baby blanket, and fiddle leaf fig tree.
And what fans don't get to see here is the focal point of the space: Crew's growing collection of books. "For baby Gaines’ nursery, I wanted to make his little library the focus," Joanna wrote in a Magnolia market newsletter. Thanks to Joanna's book-themed baby shower, we're sure Crew already has quite the assortment.
The husband-and-wife team worked on preparing the space together: Chip tackled the cosmetic updates and Joanna worked on design. "Jo has had a ball working on the nursery," Chip told CountryLiving.com in May. "It’s been eight years since we’ve done a nursery for ourselves, and she’s really been having fun with picking out details like colors and bedding and the crib." Their Fixer Upperdays may be over, but these two have still got it.
